Gentle Tai Ji
Great class for those who suffer forms of chronic pain. Ancient Chinese meditative practice. Slow and gentle movements like a dance increase awareness, centeredness, focus, energy and the capacity for fun and laughter. Great stress reducer, and gentle exercise for the body and for the soul. Wonderful for older adults and young a like.
