Gentle Tai Ji

Ancient Chinese moving meditation relaxes the body. Tai Ji includes gentle stretches which loosens joints and silences the mind. Tai Ji uplifts the heart and spirit. This offering is brought to you by Dr. G (see above) a mostly seated practice, please wear loose-fitting clothing.
