Singing Bowl Meditation

Singing Bowl Meditation includes a brief guided meditation followed by a soundbath with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls in the Davis Community Church Sanctuary.

We invite you to bring your yoga mat/blanket/cushion.  There will be space available on the floor or you may sit or stretch out on the pews.

Come experience an hour of peaceful calm. No previous experience is required and all are welcome to explore this method of meditation.

We will have much to celebrate with gratitude as we gather together again on November 2.  Looking forward to seeing you!
