Job Opening – Finance/HR Administrator
Compensation: $26-28.00 per hour Depending upon experience
Employment type: Part-time, 30 hours w/benefits
Pro-rated vacation and wellness leave, contribution towards employee health, dental, vision and 403(b)(9) retirement savings plan.
This position is responsible for the maintaining and stewarding of the financial records of the church including general ledger, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, stewardship and donor interaction, payroll, employee benefits, maintaining various personnel-related records, and other similar financial and human resource functions.
A minimum of five (5) years of accounting experience. Experience in a small office or non-profit organization, independently performing a wide variety of accounting functions, is highly desirable.
Some human resources experience is preferred.
Exceptional Microsoft Excel\Word skills.
Excellent math skills.

Schedule and Location
- This position requires availability for occasional night and weekend meetings ( in-person and via Zoom).
- On-site work required, availability of remote work depends upon State and County COVID-19 restrictions.
- Requires successful completion of livescan fingerprint background and references upon conditional offer of employment

Hours: Part-time, 4-5 hrs. each Sunday morning,
Additional Monday evening hours, 6-8 PM,
Possible additional hours as the need arises.
Requirements: Experience working with children and parents, an understanding of the developmental needs of children ages 1-5, adherence to all aspects of the child protection policy. Must be CPR/First Aid certified, fingerprinted, and COVID-19 vaccinated.
