Administrative Assistant
PT 20 hours per week with pro-rated benefits (tentatively scheduled to to increase to 40 hours per week starting in Jan 2022)
$24/hour

Do you enjoy helping people and solving problems? The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to act independently and as a team, and to use good judgment. This position provides a wide variety of clerical and administrative support to various staff and ministries of the church, receives visitors, and coordinates facility use scheduling. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, database programs and the internet, and two years of administrative experience in an office setting.

Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
Part Time up to 15 hours per week, flexible schedule available
$24/hour

In coordination with Building & Grounds Ministry Team, independently coordinates maintenance for all physical infrastructure including grounds maintenance. Responsible for coordinating required inspections and maintaining documentation; maintaining a variety of operational systems (ex. HVAC, irrigation) and coordinating appropriate repair response as needed. Works with outside vendors and coordinates contract bidding process for maintenance work. Requires 2 years overseeing facilities, grounds, or building maintenance and valid CA driver’s license.
