Essential Practices of Christianity with Pastor Wes

The story goes that once, a visitor to the Dalai Lama, feeling a spark of spirituality, asked the Dalai Lama if he should become a Buddhist. The Dalai Lama asked him what spiritual tradition he was familiar with. When he replied he was raised a Christian, the Dalai Lama suggested that rather than convert to Buddhism, he just try to be a good Christian.
This September and early October, Pastor Wes is leading a class on the Essential Practices of Christianity. We will discuss the practices drawn from the Christian tradition that can support a rich, life-enhancing spiritual life.
This class is for folks new to the Christian faith, those seeking to become members of DCC, and anyone who would like to recharge their spiritual life.
