DCC’s staff are more than the people who keep things running. They are ministry leaders, creative thinkers, event producers, program builders, and community connectors who create the experiences that bring people together. Our staff helps make DCC’s mission possible by: • Building relationships with mission partners and supporting their work in our shared space • Designing and leading programs that serve children, youth, families, and the wider community • Creating meaningful worship experiences, celebrations, and opportunities for connection • Producing and promoting events from vision to execution, including planning, communication, logistics, and hospitality • Sharing the stories of DCC and connecting our community through thoughtful communication • Caring for and stewarding our buildings and grounds so they remain welcoming spaces for everyone who walks through our doors Much of this work happens behind the scenes, but it is the foundation that allows ministry to thrive.
