Create your Account

  1. Do not Google "Tithely" and try to create an account from their website, that is for administrators. After reading through ALL of the instructions on this page,

  2. Select the first option, Sign Up with Phone Verification as your sign-in method. See the image to the left.  Phone is better because Tithely will send you a code for easy access from your text messages. Do not choose Sign up with Google.
ABOUT THE DETAILS SCREEN
  1. Enter your information and choose a PIN. Your PIN code is for a separate app that we will address at a later date. Do not download the app at this time. Just create  the PIN and save it.  You won't need it for now.
  2. When you select the "Send Verification Message", it will send you a verification code by text on your mobile phone. Enter the code when prompted.
  3. Once you're signed in, you can easily make a gift, set up recurring giving, make a pledge, and view your Tithely giving history.*

IF YOU'VE ALREADY CREATED YOUR ACCOUNT:

You may already set up an account if you have been giving online in the last few months or paying program fees for church hosted events.


If you try to create an account and you already have one, you will be prompted to enter a code sent to your phone or your email depending on how you created your account. Tithely will detect you have an account.

  1. Sign in using your phone number or email address. We recommend using your mobile number so that you can receive the verification code by text message. 
  2. Tithely will send you a verification code to access your account.



Your Giving History


For now, the giving history you see in Tithely only include gifts processed through the Tithely website.


Gifts made by check, cash, or mail may not yet appear.

We hope to integrate these gifts into your online giving history in the coming months.


You will still receive your annual donation summary at the end of the year, including all contributions recorded by DCC.



IMPORTANT: The online membership directory is not available via your account.
