FORGIVENESS WORKSHOP
August 18, 6:30 pm
Join us for a special one-week exploration of forgiveness using Dr. Everett Worthington’s REACH Forgiveness Workbook. Participants will complete the two-hour workbook on their own before we gather on August 18 to reflect. Then, on Monday, August 18, 6:30 pm, we’ll meet in the DCC library to share reflections and explore next steps in a supportive group setting. A recent study published in BMJ Public Health found that this workbook significantly improved forgiveness, reduced depression and anxiety, and enhanced overall well-being (https://bmjpublichealth.bmj.com/content/2/1/e000072).
If you’re interested, please contact Brad Barber to get a copy of the workbook. All are welcome! -

We offer two weekly Centering Prayer groups. Centering Prayer slows us down, nourishes our spirits, and makes it easy to connect with others in sometimes surprising ways. You're invited!
