What your donation empowers us to accomplish

DCC is a vibrant, active hub of community life every day of the week. We’re proud to host dozens of mission partners on campus who do incredible work that aligns with our values–work we couldn’t accomplish alone. Just a few of these partners include:

  • Davis Phoenix Coalition – Promoting safety, respect, and freedom from violence for LGBTQIA+ youth.
  • Purple Tree Café – Creating community-based employment for people with disabilities and fostering connection through food, art, and music.
  • Empower Yolo – Providing safe shelter, legal assistance, therapy, and other vital services for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.
  • AA, the Red Cross, a grief support group, two Scout troops, two Rotary clubs, and many more!

Your financial support, whether it’s for renting the space, technical assistance, event setup and breakdown, coordination, publicity, or simply providing lights, heat, and air conditioning, helps make our mission partners' work possible.

The People Who Make Ministry Happen: The DCC Staff

Behind every worship service, community partnership, gathering, and program at DCC is a team of dedicated professionals who bring vision, creativity, care, and leadership to our shared mission.


DCC’s staff are more than the people who keep things running. They are ministry leaders, creative thinkers, event producers, program builders, and community connectors who create the experiences that bring people together.


Our staff helps make DCC’s mission possible by:

• Building relationships with mission partners and supporting their work in our shared space

• Designing and leading programs that serve children, youth, families, and the wider community

• Creating meaningful worship experiences, celebrations, and opportunities for connection

• Producing and promoting events from vision to execution, including planning, communication, logistics, and hospitality

• Sharing the stories of DCC and connecting our community through thoughtful communication

• Caring for and stewarding our buildings and grounds so they remain welcoming spaces for everyone who walks through our doors


Much of this work happens behind the scenes, but it is the foundation that allows ministry to thrive. From the first idea to the final welcome, DCC’s staff turns mission into action every day.
